Avocados — a popular trending fruit, but still highly underrated. You might be inclined to call it a vegetable, thanks to its green hue and savory taste, but an avocado is technically a fruit, even more specifically, a single seeded delicious gift from God.
An avocado offers so much potential. Not only is it delicious to just scoop out and eat, you can put in on a piece of toast, make it into guacamole, or incorporate it into salads or on your sandwich. They make everything better. My personal favorite is mashing up an avocado, putting it on a piece of toast adding some garlic salt and putting a fried egg on top. A healthy delicious and sustaining breakfast.
Avocados not only taste good, they are the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. They are nutrient rich, healthy for the heart, great for vision, improve digestion, and so much more. Avocado haters might say the texture is gross, but they need to get over that because the benefits outweigh and wipe out that slight complaint. Everyone should incorporate avocados into their day for a delicious and healthy life.
