Yoga is a world wide practice that helps millions everyday. It is a fun and relaxing activity that helps relieve stress, increase flexibility, and might even help you tone up a little bit. Yoga oftentimes includes physical therapy that some patients are given, as it has helped me with my physical therapy. Burnsville High School has Yoga classes to take as a class which is what i currently take and will soon take Yoga 2. This class really helps with your state of mind and peace.
